Review policy

Every review is moderated. None is published automatically, and no agency can pay to change or remove one.

Who can leave a review

Reviews are accepted only from people who have engaged the agency as a client or have direct responsibility for the engagement on the client side. Agency staff, contractors, resellers and competitors may not submit reviews.

What we collect

We collect reviewer name, job title, company, business email, an optional LinkedIn profile, the agency, project type, project dates, budget range, country, goals, scope, results, ratings for quality, timeliness, responsiveness, value and overall experience, what was most impressive, what could improve, willingness to recommend, permission to publish and consent to verification.

Contact details are used only for verification. They are never published and never passed to the agency.

Review statuses

Every review moves through a recorded status:

  • Submitted — received, not yet reviewed.
  • Pending verification — an editor is confirming reviewer identity and the engagement.
  • Verified — identity and engagement confirmed; the method and date are recorded.
  • Published — visible on the site.
  • Rejected — did not meet the policy; the reason is recorded.
  • Disputed — the agency has contested the review and it is under re-examination.
  • Removed — withdrawn after publication, with the reason recorded.

Verification

We record the verification method, the verification date, the reviewer identity status, any declared conflict of interest and the moderation decision. Where identity cannot be established, the review is not published as verified.

Agency responses and disputes

An agency may respond publicly to any published review, and may dispute a review it believes is inaccurate. A dispute triggers re-examination against the evidence. Responses go through the same moderation queue.

An agency cannot edit a review, remove a review, or trade a commercial relationship for a change to a review or a rating.

Aggregate ratings

An aggregate rating and review count appear only where verified, published reviews are visible on the page. We do not display ratings derived from unpublished or unverified material.
